Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient information on assigned unit; perform menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup.
• Take patients' menu selections prior to meals while respecting dietary restrictions.
• Offer alternatives to menu within prescribed diets, considering allergies and cultural preferences.
• Coordinate with Nursing to ensure diet prescriptions and patient needs are met.
• After trays are passed, complete rounding and retrieve trays.
