Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician in Stockton, CA to provide compassionate resident care and medication administration in accordance with personalized service plans. The role requires documenting, delivering, and assisting with treatments as prescribed, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a part-time schedule, $20–$22 per hour, and requires a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and 1+ year experience with medications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• 1+ years of medication administration experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening, including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document, deliver, and administer medications, maintaining accurate records.
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Track medication changes and coordinate with pharmacy for refills.
• Support Caregiver duties within scope of practice and policies.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests; maintain a safe environment.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and HIPAA requirements.
