Job summary

AAA Advantage Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers to serve South Rockwood, MI and nearby areas. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour, and no prior certification or experience is required. The person you care for must be enrolled in Medicaid.

You will help with daily activities, meals, housekeeping, and companionship, while communicating health changes to professionals. Flexible scheduling offers part-time or full-time options for caring for loved ones in their home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiving experience not required, CNA or nursing background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Keep living space safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Notice health/mood changes and report to providers.
• Collaborate with family and other caregivers.
