Seven Lakes Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. You will perform general cleaning in resident rooms and common areas, assist with laundry, and follow safety standards to keep residents safe.

We value compassion for the elderly and teamwork. A high school diploma is required, with previous housekeeping experience preferred. Join us to help create a clean, welcoming environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols is expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in common areas and resident rooms to maintain a clean environment.
• Handle laundry for residents and staff as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Work with other staff to keep the facility well-maintained and residents comfortable.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner.
