Job summary

LimitlessLi LLC in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a compassionate GNA to join our nursing and rehab team. You will work closely with licensed staff to provide patient-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents' health.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a state-approved CNA program with Maryland certification, able to lift and transfer patients, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Maryland.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility impairments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care, including toileting, incontinence care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Document patient care activities and vital signs in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients
