Job summary

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up work station and prepare all assigned foods according to procedures and quality standards.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays and kitchen areas; monitor dish machine temperatures.
• Maintain par levels and restock items; rotate stock and check expiration dates.
• Check and record food and equipment temperatures; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• May deliver meals or assist catering or special events; may handle cash register transactions.
