Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a courteous Server to support dining services across our resident and guest dining areas in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will help serve meals, assist with menu orders, and keep the dining room clean and well-presented between and after meals.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Read and follow simple instructions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, guests and staff.
• Stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset after meals.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
