Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of food and serve meals, snacks, and beverages with proper portion control and sanitation.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables and set up meal trays per dietary orders.
• Keep kitchen, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitary at all times.
• Cleans utensils and dishes; operate dishwasher or handwashing; monitor temperatures.
• Store and label food properly, rotate stock, discard outdated food.
• Record equipment temperatures and report faults; support safety and infection control practices.
