Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents at our affiliated facility. The role focuses on nutritious, visually appealing meals, balanced with excellent service in a caring environment.

In this full-time position you will assist with meal service, maintain portion control, and help keep dining areas clean and organized while supporting residents’ nutritional needs and social well-being.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing.
• Assist in meal service in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure food is served according to portion control procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning duties following facility policies and procedures.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and the dining room to enhance the mealtime experience.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and additional dietary items as needed.
