Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep, food service, and maintaining a sanitary dining area for residents. You will support cooks, deliver meals, and help ensure dietary guidelines are met with friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Set up trays with proper portioning and presentation.
• Deliver meals to residents and assist in dining room service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Maintain proper food storage and labeling standards.
• Support cooks and dietary staff as needed.
