Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in food prep/service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and/or service of meals for patients, employees, and special events per the Dietary Manager's instructions.
• Serve food and snacks according to the planned menu and residents' dietary orders and preferences.
• Assist the Cook by ensuring prepared/portioned food uses proper handling and safety techniques and meets menu requirements.
• May wash dishes when necessary or directed by the Dietary Manager.
