The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport residents to activities and appointments. The role reports to the Executive Director and follows scheduling guidelines to ensure timely, compassionate service.

Qualified candidates hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and have high school diploma or equivalent. Prior transport experience with elderly or disabled adults is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish helpful depending on area.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in transportation of the elderly and/or physically/mentally challenged persons preferred.
• Must hold a currently valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to activities and appointments.
• Perform daily safety checks of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle or scheduling problems to the Executive Director promptly.
