Job summary

The Goddard School of Spring House, PA is hiring a Lead Infant Teacher to join our established team. You will provide personalized care to our youngest learners in a nurturing, collaborative Infant Room environment.

We value five years of verified daycare experience, a degree in Education, and an active CDA. You’ll collaborate with fellow teachers, design daily lessons, and help new families feel welcome as our enrollment grows.

Qualifications

• Five years of verified experience in Day Care or Child Care Centers.
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Education.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA).
• Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers.
• Implementing and creating daily lesson plans.
• Experienced with positive classroom management techniques.
• Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to infants.
• Lead Infant Room with collaborative team.
• Support new families with their infants.
• Prioritize communication within the team and with families.
• Create and implement daily lesson plans.
