Qualifications

• Drawing or caricature experience required; portfolio encouraged
• Confident interacting with guests and drawing in front of an audience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful, approachable attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and standing or sitting while drawing
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and special event evenings required

Draw guests closer to the magic of the zoo! As aCaricature Artist, you’ll create custom portraits that combine artistic skill, personality, and humor. This position is perfect for artists who love quick sketching, engaging with people, and capturing the fun of a zoo visit through art.
