Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of cargo/logistics or aviation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial targets in line with the operational plan.
• Maintain quality standards and SOP compliance in cargo operations.
• Supervise subcontracted cargo providers and ensure service levels.
• Oversee pricing adjustments and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and customs where needed.
• Prepare detailed operation reports and performance summaries.
• Plan resources to meet workload with adequate manpower and equipment.
• Manage staff performance and training requirements.
