Job summary

Empire National is seeking owner-operators with a Cargo/Sprinter Van or small straight truck under 10,000 lbs gross to join our team. We offer flexible rates based on load, location, and customer, with no forced dispatch and the ability to build your own schedule.

Choose local, regional, or OTR loads; benefit from weekly paychecks via ACH and 24/7 operational support. A valid US driver’s license and your own qualifying vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).

Minimum Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
