Job summary

Empire National is seeking owner-operators in the Phoenix, AZ area. You must own a qualifying cargo van or small truck, meet insurance and licensing requirements, and be prepared to operate with flexible scheduling on local, regional, or over-the-road loads.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions min: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator delivering freight for Empire National.
• Choose loads: local, regional, or OTR.
• Build your own schedule with flexible loads.
• Weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH.
