Job summary

Empire National is seeking owner-operators to join its nationwide freight team. You will independently haul loads using your own van or small straight truck, with loads negotiated per assignment and per location.

Owners control their schedule, choose local, regional, or over‑the‑road work, and receive weekly pay via ACH. The role offers flexible rates and no forced dispatch, with 24/7 tracking support from a fully staffed office.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
