Roles and responsibilities:

• Greet customers during cargo drop-off and pick-up, assisting with shipping documentation
• Sort, load/unload, and transport cargo and US Mail; operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required
• Ensure airway bill data accuracy and perform cargo security screening prior to transport
• Remove Foreign Object Debris (FOD) from the cargo warehouse area
• Maintain punctuality, preparedness, and safety standards

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to travel for up to 3 weeks of paid training
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening and obtain airport security clearance, including a comprehensive background check covering employment, criminal records, and residence over the past 10 years

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) unassisted
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, around jet engines and machinery noises
