Job summary

7air, LLC seeks a qualified Pilot to safely transport cargo across destinations in accordance with FAA Part 121. You will monitor flight duty status, coordinate with the Flight Follower, and ensure aircraft readiness from pre-flight to landing.

Qualifications

• Holds Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and FAA Class I medical.
• Must be under 65 years of age.
• Completes FAA approved training for initial, upgrade, or recurrent flight.
• Maintains current FAA Class I Medical certificate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Prior cargo aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor personal flight, duty, and rest activity to ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 121.500.
• Ensure readiness for duty by confirming Fit for Duty status via Flight Release.
• Maintain communication with the Flight Follower for legality and updates.
• Provide updates on whereabouts post-crew-check-in to Flight Follower.
• Safely operate cargo aircraft during all phases of flight.
• Coordinate with ground crew for loading/unloading of freight.
• Perform pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft air-worthiness.
• Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
• Monitor weather and adjust routes for safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to cargo clients.
