Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Denver, CO is seeking reliable, compassionate Caretakers to provide in-home care and meaningful companionship for clients in their own homes. You’ll play a vital role in supporting independence and comfort with dignity.

Choose from part-time or full-time schedules. Duties include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, errands, and transportation, all delivered with safety, respect, and a warm, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.
• Bi-Lingual a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Prepare and assist with meals, offering nourishment and encouragement.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry with attention to dignity and cleanliness.
• Provide mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Remind clients of medication schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with errands and appointment transportation, as needed.
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans.
