Job summary

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Caretaker (HA) to support building maintenance, debris pickup and related tasks. The role may include driving development vehicles, collecting materials, and assisting in emergency snow removal.

There are no formal education or experience requirements. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual transmission are required. NYCHA offers medical plans, deferred compensation, and a NYCERS pension.
