New York City Housing Authority is seeking a dedicated Caretaker (HA) to perform plastering tasks and maintain the interior and exterior surfaces of NYCHA buildings. You will mix plastering materials properly, apply coats, and assist with lathing and base work while ensuring clean, safe job sites.
Travel to developments within the assigned neighborhood is required, with the frequency determined by the Neighborhood Administrator.
Caretaker Ps appointed are encouraged to gain the knowledge required for career advancement to Plasterer.
NOTE: Travel to Developments within assigned neighborhood is a requirement, with the frequency determined by the Neighborhood Administrator. This position will cover Manhattan Neighborhood 08, which includes Grant, Kings Tower and St. Nicholas.
