Delta Homecare in Tennessee is seeking compassionate Caretakers to provide quality in-home support, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

As a Caretaker, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders, while following individualized care plans and maintaining confidentiality. We offer flexible scheduling and a range of positions to fit your goals.

• Assisting with laundry, changing linens, and routine household tasks.
• Offering companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Encouraging clients to remain active and independent where possible.
• Providing medication reminders per care plan and guidelines.
• Monitoring client condition and reporting concerns to supervisors.
• Following individualized care plans and documentation requirements.
• Protecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality.

Delta Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caretakers to provide quality in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Caretaker, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being while remaining in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Caretaker, your duties may include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.

• Providing support with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.

Experience Preferred

• Previous experience as a caretaker, personal care assistant, direct support professional, home care worker, or in a related caregiving role is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

This role may require:

• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

• Assisting clients with transfers and mobility support.

• Performing tasks outlined in the client's care plan while maintaining safety for both the client and yourself.
