Job Type: Seasonal, 40 hours per week

Pay: $18.00

Supplemental Pay: Incentive Opportunities

Connexion Point is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents who are driven, compassionate, and who are looking for a position that offers a work-life balance! This position assists new and existing beneficiaries with their insurance needs with a focus on ACA/Marketplace plans.

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our client’s lives.

Qualifications:

  • Active Health, or Life & Health, Insurance Licensed

  • 1 year of ACA/Marketplace experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of ACA/Marketplace plans

  • Prior experience working within Health Sherpa

  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.

  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment

Position Responsibilities:

  • Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence

  • Attend team meetings and training sessions

  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers

  • Convert sales calls at a minimum of 80%

  • Provide customer care
