Job summary

Comforts of Home Senior Living in Hudson, WI is seeking CNAs/Caregivers for our Hudson II location. This is a full-time role with AM and PM shifts and a pay range of $16.50-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience.

As part of our care team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document services, and report changes in condition. The job emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and a positive impact on residents and families.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of independence while helping with personal care and daily living activities.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Document services performed.
• Observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, incontinence management, transfers, and medication administration.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.

• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
