Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help with meals and medication reminders.

The role offers flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with competitive pay and biweekly pay. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required in applicable cases, along with onboarding and TB testing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paid, professional caregiving experience through an agency.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts.
• A compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable cases.
• Ability to meet onboarding and TB testing requirements.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in a client's condition to the office.

What We’re Looking For
