Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality, personalized in-home care to seniors and families in Carlsbad and North County.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19–$23, flexible scheduling, consistent hours and client assignments, PPE, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment designed to help you grow while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

PAY RATE: $19–$23 PER HOUR

SHIFTS: 4–12 HOURS

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass a background check

• Caring, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping seniors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
