Job summary

Blue Rose Legacy Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in the Bear Canyon area to support clients in their homes around Tucson. This part-time opportunity emphasizes personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance in a home setting.

You'll help with bathing, grooming, transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation support while ensuring safety and HIPAA compliance. Training is provided, with competitive starting pay and PPE supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide fall prevention by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely.
• Give medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information.
