Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered in-home care tailored to each client.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to promote mental stimulation.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed and report changes to the supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands as required.
