Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized home care, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in their own homes. We value dependable individuals who strive to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide meal support, remind about medications, and offer engaging companionship while maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.

• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
