Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), CNAs, and Caregivers to join our growing Massachusetts team. You’ll provide one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships, and help clients live independently.

We offer flexible shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends), paid training, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and bonuses: $250 sign-on and $250 referral. Eligible employees also gain medical and Aflac insurance.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment in helping others.
• Experience is welcome but not required.
• Applicants encouraged from PCA, HHA, CNA, caregivers, nursing students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping.
• Shopping and errands.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
