Position: CNA/Caregiving

The caregiver/CNA has a primary responsibility to support residents with activities of daily living and provide care according to the care plan, under the supervision of the Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Care: Support residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other ADLs.
  2. Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly check and record BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation; report abnormalities.
  3. Mobility Assistance: Help residents transfer and reposition to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure comfort.
  4. Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided, condition changes, and incidents.
  5. Companionship: Offer emotional support and meaningful interaction to enhance quality of life.
  6. Safety: Maintain a safe environment, identify hazards, and respond to emergencies.
  7. Communication: Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, residents, and families.
  8. Hygiene & Sanitation: Assist with toileting, changing linens, and maintaining cleanliness.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
  • CNA or HCA certification
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No 1099 employment
  • Proficient in English
Shifts Available:
  • Evening, NOC, and Weekend shifts (must be available on weekends)
  • Shift times: 2pm-10pm (evening), 10pm-6am (night)

Location: In person

Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00/hour, 30-40 hours/week
