McLeod Home Care in Charleston, SC is hiring experienced Care Professionals to provide non-medical in-home support in the Charleston area.

Starting pay is $18.25 per hour, with a $1 raise after 4 weeks of continuous part-time hours. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts.

You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, with benefits including health and life insurance, 401K, PTO, and weekly or daily pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Any state-mandated certification.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Minimum of 1 to 2+ year(s) adult personal care assistance experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors.
• Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a clean driving record if transporting clients.

Location

We proudly provide care in Charleston, James Island, Sullivan's Island, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Hanahan, Summerville, Goose Creek West Ashley, Isle of Palms and Daniel Island.

Pay

• Starting pay rate: $18.25 per hour.
• After working more than 16 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks, your pay rate will increase by $1 per hour.

Shifts

Now hiring for full-time and part-time positions. We have a variety of 4 to 12 hour shifts Monday through Sunday. We have day, night, and overnight shifts available. We offer flexible scheduling which allows us to work together on building a schedule that fits yours needs!
