Job summary

McLeod Home Care is seeking caring and compassionate Care Professionals to provide in-home non-medical care across the Charleston area, including James Island, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, and surrounding communities.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with a range of shifts (4 to 12 hours) and flexible scheduling. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour, with a $1 raise after 16 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2+ year(s) adult personal care assistance experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors.
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Must be 18 years or older
• Any state-mandated certification
• Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a clean driving record if transporting clients

McLeod Home Care is a non-medical home care agency looking for experienced, caring, and compassionate Care Professionals! We have great appreciation for those who put their heart and soul into this work.

Location

We proudly provide care in Charleston, James Island, Sullivan's Island, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Hanahan, Summerville, Goose Creek West Ashley, Isle of Palms and Daniel Island.

Pay

• Starting pay rate: $18.25 per hour.
• After working more than 16 hours per week for 4 consecutive weeks, your pay rate will increase by $1 per hour.

Shifts

Now hiring for full-time and part-time positions. We have a variety of 4 to 12 hour shifts Monday through Sunday. We have day, night, and overnight shifts available. We offer flexible scheduling which allows us to work together on building a schedule that fits yours needs!
