Job summary

Vance Airscoop is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, manage medication reminders when needed, document changes, and follow individualized care plans with reliability and empathy.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).
• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, PCA, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks.
