• Run errands: grocery shopping, pharmacy, doctor appointments.
• Provide companionship and daily assistance.
• Document observed changes and communicate with the Director of Nursing.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle recommended
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills in English
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist clients as needed
• Commitment to client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

• On the road – visiting clients in the Ypsilanti, MI area
