Visiting Angels CAREgiver positions offer flexible, part-time work helping seniors stay safe and independent at home in Kanawha County, WV and surrounding areas. Base pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, with additional earnings from shift differentials and bonuses.

No experience? Paid orientation and comprehensive training are provided through our Caregiver Development Program, with opportunities for mentoring and career growth within a supportive team.

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$16.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour


• Weekend Shift: $17/hour


• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour


• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour


• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour


• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus


• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses


• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands‑on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.
