Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Denver, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on individual needs, preferences, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meals, social engagement, and reporting changes to the care coordinator. The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time) with competitive hourly pay and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
