Job Description

RCH is licensed to provide 245D services. We are looking for caregivers who enjoy providing care to individuals with disabilities, including but not limited to personal cares (showers, incontinence care), basic care (housekeeping, meals, companionship), and transporting clients for personal shopping or community outings.

The caregivers will provide Individualized Home Support (IHS), Homemaking services, and ICLS services.

Shift options include full-time and part-time roles with flexible day/evening schedules, typically 4-8 hours. There are opportunities to pick up additional hours, with competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. The company offers potential for advancement for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to residents' homes in the community.
• Transporting clients to various community locations such as stores, movies, or other preferred destinations.
• Providing personal cares, including assisting with showers/baths, toileting, and using mechanical lifts.
• Assisting with daily activities and meal preparation.
• Ensuring resident safety and well-being at all times.
• Implementing and documenting care plans.
• Promoting independence and social participation.
• Advocating for residents' rights and maintaining dignity.
• Maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Qualifications include:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
