What You Will Do

You will help implement personalized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will provide excellent care by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Help execute personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meals
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Provide transportation as needed
• Complete documentation and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can assist with obtaining)
• Legal authorization to work in the US and at least 18 years old
• Driver's License, Personal Vehicle, and Insurance
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Pass background check
