BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to care for clients in their own homes. Earn $16.50 per hour with weekly pay and a 40-hour training program included to help you start quickly.

We offer flexible scheduling, short commutes, a positive work environment, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support to help you grow in your role as a Direct Care Worker (DCW).

Qualifications

• Must complete 40 Hour Home Health Aide Training Class provided by BAYADA
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate care

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing and grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion and exercises
• Transfers with assistive devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)

40 Hour Home Health Aide Training Class

$16.50 per hour / Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a forty (40) hour FREE training program incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for a Home Health Aide/ HHA. Graduate to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing

• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
