Cambrian Homecare, LLC in Newport Beach, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and daily living assistance.

You will work flexible shifts with weekly pay, training, and a supportive team that values you. Candidates must pass background checks and have CPR/First Aid, TB test, and be 18+, with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilites and challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities.
• Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained.
• Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy.
• Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention with the client’s safety in mind.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr.

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilites and challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities.
