Cambrian Homecare LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support for individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer flexible scheduling with weekly pay and a supportive office team available 24/7. All shifts are available in Newport Beach, with a base hourly wage of $19.00.

Candidates must be 18+ with background checks, TB test, CPR/First Aid, and relevant certifications. Join a company that values family-like support, recognition, and referrals.

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities to relieve family members from daily living activities
• Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior as trained
• Engage with clients through activities they enjoy
• Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate triggers

Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilites and challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities.
• Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained.
• Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy.
• Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention with the client’s safety in mind.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
