Job summary

Cambrian Homecare is hiring individuals to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, focusing on safety and daily routines.

We offer flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, 24/7 office support, and opportunities for growth. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on location. Candidates must have 6+ months of caregiving experience and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care

Hourly Wage: Pay rate is based upon assigned client(s) location ($19.00-$21.00)
