Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring individuals to provide one-on-one in-home care for children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Benefits include a $200 sign-on bonus, 24/7 office support, employee recognition, and referral bonuses. Candidates must be 18+, have 6+ months of relevant experience, and hold CPR/First Aid and TB/physical certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire).
• Must pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety.
• Behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine.
• Before and after school care.
• Hygiene care as needed.
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.

Hourly Wage: Pay rate is based upon assigned client(s) location ($19.00-$21.00)
