We are looking for 5-Star Caregivers to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.
- Dependable:Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
- Thorough:Attentively follows designated care plans, taking care to understand client needs to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and inform Management of same.
- Observant:Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being.
- Clear & Concise:Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
- Follow-Through:Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:
- valid Driver's license and vehicle to get to and from client's home
- Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
- Assist with shopping errands
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
