Job summary

Opus Memoria LLC in Anchorage, AK is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to join our memory care team and make a positive impact on residents and their families. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care and support to seniors, memory care being a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Observe and report any changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate parties
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care

OPUSMEMORIA MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING- Anchorage, AK, a trusted leader of assisted living services, serving those living with brain change. Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. In house dementia training provided. We also offer a benefits package for all employees, including insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
