Executive Home Care of Hudson is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities in Hudson, OH. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and competitive pay.

You will join a dedicated, compassionate team focused on enhancing the lives of those in need. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, health monitoring, and careful documentation of care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving or similar experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with a team.
• Active driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders and support medication routines.
• Meal planning and preparation per dietary requirements.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Monitor health status and report changes to care team.
• Document care provided and notable observations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred 2+ years


• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.


• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
