Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregivers/CNAs role located in Austin, TX. Caregivers and CNAs provide compassionate, hands-on support to older adults in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, and toileting. Daily responsibilities may include preparing meals, assisting with medication reminders (within scope), light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments or social activities. Team members are expected to monitor changes in clients’ conditions, document care provided, and promptly report concerns to supervisors to support safety and well-being. Caregivers and CNAs also foster meaningful relationships with clients, promote dignity and independence, and collaborate with families and care teams to deliver person-centered care.
